22 years of experience. The Drum magazine placed him on the list of the 200 best creative directors in the world. He was also ranked in the top 30 Executive Creative Directors in the world according to the One Show rankings. Former President of the Polish Advertising Creators' Club (KTR), Chairman of the Eurobest 2018 Festival jury (Young Creatives category), and a member of the Eurobest 2025 jury, the D&AD 2024 jury, and the 2021 One Show and Cannes Lions juries. He runs the creative department at Ogilvy Warsaw – one of the most awarded and effective agencies in Poland (#2 agency in Poland according to SAR's KTR and Effie rankings in 2025).
Maciej is the creative leader behind Milka's long-term activation in Poland called "Let's Neighbor Up", which includes 2024's "100K Misdelivered Packages", 2025's "Hi Hangers", and 2026's "The Nameplates Revival".
In 2022, under his creative supervision, the pioneering project "Buy My Cancer" was created – an innovative funding model designed to help cover the costly treatment of rare cancers, using a unique NFT series made from real living cancer cells to fund treatment for those suffering from them. The campaign was awarded 2 Bronze Cannes Lions and 1 Shortlist, 1 Silver at One Show, 2 Silvers and 2 Bronzes at Clio, 1 Silver at LIA, 1 Shortlist at D&AD, and 2 "Best of" titles at the main Polish Festivals of Creativity (KTR & Innovation).
In 2021, Maciej and his team created LEGO's "Green Instructions". The work won a very special award – the Green Pencil. Each year, The One Show awards it to only one or two of the best environmental campaigns in the world. It was the first-ever Green Pencil for Ogilvy and for Poland. The work was also awarded a Graphite Pencil at D&AD in the Impact category, 3 Bronzes at LIA, and 2 Lions. These were the only Lions for Poland in 2021.
Maciej is also responsible for developing "To the Last Tree Standing" (for Greenpeace) – a campaign created to help save the largest primeval forest in Europe, thanks to its 1:1 scale copy built in Minecraft. It is one of the most awarded campaigns in Cannes Lions history (13 Lions). The campaign also won the first "Best of Discipline" title at One Show for Poland, the first Yellow D&AD Pencil for Poland, and many more international awards, including Euro Effies.
Maciej has experience working for brands such as Milka, Prince Polo, nju mobile, Castorama, Hochland, Empik, Heinz, mBank, Mastercard, Allegro, Żabka, Reebok, LEGO, Barbie, Bahlsen, OBI, Decathlon, Samsung, McDonald's, T-Mobile, Dulux, and many more.
One of the most awarded Polish creatives, he has so far won over 200 awards for creativity and effectiveness: 18 Cannes Lions (including 3 Golds), 5 D&AD Pencils (including the first Yellow Pencil in the history of Polish advertising), 17 One Show awards (including the Green Pencil, 2 Golds, and 1 "Best of Discipline"), 2 Golds at Eurobest, 2 Silvers and 3 Bronzes at LIA, 2 Silver Euro Effies, dozens of prizes at the Polish Ad Festival (KTR), and many Effie awards.
