17 years of experience. Currently, in the top 30 Executive Creative Directors in the world according to the One Show ranking.
Responsible for developing “To The Last Tree Standing” (for Greenpeace) the campaign that helped to save the largest primeval forest in Europe
– thanks to its 1:1 scale copy built in Minecraft. It is one of the most awarded campaigns in the history of Cannes Lions (13 lions). In 2021 Maciej and his team created LEGO "Green Instructions". The work won a special award – Green Pencil. Each year One Show awards it to only one or two best environmental campaigns in the world.
Maciej has over 100 awards at the most prestigious festivals of creativity and marketing effectiveness: 4 DA&AD pencils (including the only Yellow Pencil D&AD in the history of Polish advertising), 14 Cannes lions, 7 One Show awards, 2 golds at Eurobest, 1 silver at LIA, dozens of prizes at polish Ad Festival (KTR) and many Effie awards.
2021 - member of jury at Cannes Lions (Brand Experience&Activation) and at ONE SHOW (Integrated, Experimental&Immersive). Member of the management in polish Advertising Creator's Club (KTR). He has been also a juror in the Advertising Creator's Club Festival (KTR) for many years, in 2019 he was the chairman of the jury in its main category - Communication. He also chaired the jury of the EUROBEST Festival (in the Young Creatives category) in 2018.
